This is where your transformation ignites. Full Body is a high-energy, high-volume session designed to ACTIVATE your metabolism from head to toe. Using a dynamic mix of dumbbells, barbells, bikes, mats, and more, you'll move through exercises that fire up your calorie burn and maximize the Afterburn effect, meaning your body keeps working long after class ends.

What is a Goal Session and do I have to do one?
A Goal Session is a free 15-minute call with Fran. It's not a sales pitch. It's a conversation. She'll learn where you are, what you've tried before, and where you want to go. You'll leave knowing exactly what your first class looks like and whether Winter Club is the right fit. No commitment required. We start here because your journey is yours, not a template.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Most women who join Winter Club haven't been consistent in a while, and that's the whole point. The A.A.R.M. system is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Every class scales to your level, so you build from your own starting point, not someone else's. All fitness levels, all starting points. The only requirement is showing up.
What is A.A.R.M.?
A.A.R.M. is Winter Club's proprietary training system: four phases, Activate, Accelerate, Regulate, Mobilize, working together in every class. Every class you take engages the whole system, never a random workout. Your week has purpose and your month has progression. It's why members don't plateau. It's also why they stay.
How much does membership cost?
Limitless membership is $45 per week, billed every 4 weeks ($180). That includes unlimited classes across all types and time slots, expert coaching in every class, and your personal journey: baseline measurements at enrollment, coach check-ins at Day 30, Day 90, and every season after, progress photo tracking, and direct access to Fran anytime. Every new member starts with a 2-week risk-free trial, so you try two weeks before any long-term commitment.
What if I want to cancel?
Your membership runs on a rolling 4-week cycle, with no annual contract and no cancellation fees or penalties. When you're ready to cancel, we ask for 60 days' written notice so your final weeks are planned, not abrupt. New members are covered during the trial: cancel within your first two weeks and the 60-day notice doesn't apply. No early-termination fee, no fine print.
How many classes are there and when?
Morning and evening options are available every day. Class types rotate across the A.A.R.M. system: Full Body, Lower Body, Glute Pump, Upper Body & Abs, Power Jump, Stretching & Flexibility, and Mat Pilates.
